1000L One Layer Blow Molding Machine

This machine can produce all kinds of 200L-1000L plastic barrel or chemical and 220L double L-ring chemical barrel.

200-1000L super-large blow molding machine has computer control, frequency change, speed adjusting, wind cooling and water cooling. Nitride screw barrel has mixing section, mixing head and compelling cropping trough and accumulator head. Big hydraulic station controls injection, clamping, inflation, fore-blow and mould tank etc. Small hydraulic station has Japanese MOOG servo wall thickness control system and Germany Rexroth wall thickness control system. Synchronous rod-pulling clamping machine is hydraulic direct-acting. Robotic arms can automatically take products out.
